What to see and do along the way:
Duke’s statue, Honolulu Zoo, Aquarium, Dillingham Fountain, beaches for swimming and snorkeling, Diamond Head Lighthouse, Kuilei Cliffs, Fort Ruger Bike Path, Diamond Head tunnel & Visitor Center. Hike to the crater rim for panoramic views! Return via the Monserrat and Kapahulu Neighborhoods with cafes and an artsy coffee house.
Past the Kuilei Cliffs, continue on through the Kahala neighborhood on flat, quiet streets. Stop at one of several secluded, yet public, beaches. Visit the Kahala Hotel with its spectacular grounds and four view restaurants. Watch the feeding of the dolphins and turtles at Dolphin Quest.
